The LED Berkey Base is made of a durable co-polyester‚ and can be used as a stand for the Travel Berkey and Big Berkey. If you already have a Berkey Light with a standard base, this lighted version can be used instead.
Great for lighting while camping or for emergency lighting during a power outage. The base has built in rechargable batteries, and comes with an A/C adapter for recharging. The base can also be powered by AA batteries using the Berkey Battery Adapter Case (not included).
The base also eliminates the need to have your system placed at the edge of a table or counter. With the system raised on the base, it allows a cup to be placed under the spigot.
