Buttermilk Pancake, # 10 Can
*no absorber is placed in can as it reacts with the leavening
Ingredients: Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour enriched with Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), sugar, defatted soy flour (contains soy bean oil, soy lecithin) , leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate, dextrose, dried buttermilk, corn starch, salt, dried whole eggs.
Contains: Wheat, dairy, eggs and soy.
Directions: Add 3 1/3 cups pancake mix to 2 1/2 cups cold water. Do not over mix. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Preheat oiled skillet or griddle-375 F. Cook pancakes 1 1/4 -1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Turn only once. For waffles add 3 tbs. of oil.
*Water level may vary on desired thickness of pancakes.
*Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
