Product Description
I recently purchased this DBR2500 from Midland and an impressed, The color screen is bright and easy to read. The unit feels and looks like a very high quality rig. This is my first mobile rig and I needed something compact with a speaker mic as it’s home is in my center console. The programming software worked great on my lap top and I was able to easily program several local repeaters along with a few in my destination cities in South Florida for a road trip with the XYL. Reception using a small dual band mag mount was impressive. Had a nice QSO with a club station in Tampa area on 146.52 and he was copying me great. I may buy another DBR2500 for the shack!
