The Dual Beam Aiming Laser (DBAL-A4) is the fourth generation DBAL.  Packed with features, the DBAL-A4 contains:

Visible Aiming Laser (Green – <5mW Class 3R)
Infrared Aiming Laser (<0.7mW IR Class 1)
Infrared LED Illuminator (300mW Equivalent Output)
LED White Light (500 Lumens)

The visible and IR lasers are co-aligned, making zeroing procedures a snap. Zeroing one, will zero the other to the same POI, letting the operator zero the laser during the day and conduct quick checks to confirm.

The IR LED Illuminator features two apertures for spot and flood.  An integrated push-button switch and remote cable switch make activating the laser from anywhere an easy task – tap and release for momentary / double tap for 5 minute constant-on.  Dual onboard fire buttons make ambidextrous use a real possibility.  A single mode switch on the back of the device allows easy operating mode selection.  Two remote switch ports are located on the rear of the unit.  The right port is designed for regular pressure switch use – providing the same function as the onboard fire buttons.  The left port is for visible override.  In this configuration, the onboard fire buttons will activate whatever the mode selector is pointing to, while the remote switch will override and activate the visible laser.

The left side of the DBAL-A4 features the IR Illuminator and White Light bezels.  There are two bezels for the IR illuminator; one for wide/short throw and one for narrow/long throw.  Users can immediately toggle between the two outputs with toggle button on top of the unit.
