The Marcato Marga Roller Mill will produce coarse flour out of any dry seed or legume: wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, corn, rice, millet, soy, beans, peas, alfalfa, and more. Additional passes through the roller will result in finer flour.
The machine structure is made of chrome-plated steel while the rollers are made of light alloy(aluminum). The hopper and the collecting basin are made of plastic for foodstuffs. The roller drive gears are heat-treated so as to guarantee better operation and longer life.
The Marcato Marga Roller Mill has settings for producing both thick and thin flakes. A quick turn of the adjustment knob is all that’s needed to switch from grinding flour to flaking. Its use is very simple and its function is described as follows. The Marcato Marga Roller Mill uses three special rollers which turn at differentiated speeds. These rollers are operated by the handle. The distance between the rollers can be controlled by use of the regulating knob.
The locking clamp and the control handle (color of handle is actually black, not white as per the image) are made of chrome-plated steel and shockproof plastic. A brush is provided with the machine for cleaning it.
