Save yourself some heartache and buy this unit from RMR and RMR only. Before I decided to go through RMR I tried calling a couple of different companies that carry pvs-14’s to shop around, they all sucked in the customer service department. One thing most folks don’t realize is that not all pvs-14s are the same. I got my pvs-14s last fall from RMR and I’m very satisfied with the
quality. I couldn’t believe they were better than the ones I used overseas. Talk about serenity, I can more effectively protect my family at night.
