At Ready Made Resources, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

General Return Policy

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by our office. To obtain a RAN, please contact us prior to shipping your item.
Items returned without authorization may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Email us @ Support@ReadyMadeResources.com

When returning an item:

  • Repack the item carefully in its original packaging with all instructions, manuals, and documentation.

  • Include a written explanation of the reason for return.

  • Ship prepaid via UPS or insured U.S. Mail and include a copy of your receipt for return shipping costs.

We will refund return shipping charges only if the item is determined to be defective or if there was a shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will start a damage claim and guide you through the process. Depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
Do not discard the packaging or product until the claim process is complete.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or manufacturer restrictions, including:

  • Food items – All food sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for any reason.
    If a food item arrives damaged, we will replace it once a claim has been verified.
    We recommend sampling a food item before purchasing larger quantities if you’re unsure.
