RadioLabs has never seen a lower cost radio on the market that includes single sideband as well as Dual Conversion. Dual conversion is a feature usually only found on more expensive portable receivers. This provides the listener with better selectivity when listening to the congested AM and SW broadcast bands. The Kaito even comes with rechargable Ni-MH batteries and an AC adapter/charger that automatically charges the batteries when plugged in.
