Description: We prepare our Rosemary Extract from the fresh young leaf branches of Rosmarinus officinalis shrubs which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides 1.

To assure optimal extraction of Rosemary’s bioactive compounds, the branches are hand-harvested, are cleaned of superfluous woody stems, and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

Our Rosemary is never fumigated or irradiated.
