Our Dutch Cheese Press is ideal for the hobbyist cheese maker, who likes to expand on what is out there, creating his or her own recipes for cheese.

With 50 lbs. of pressing power, created by hanging approximately 12.5 lbs. from the arm, the Dutch Cheese Press is engineered to provide you with a consistent 4-to-1-weight ratio. The arm has a notch that is built-in, for easy and comfortable hanging. The industrial 11ga Stainless Steel Frame, Follower, and 18ga Cylinder, make this cheese press one of the most powerful, and hygienic tools for the production of cheese on the market, yielding up to 3 lbs. of cheese.

The Dutch Cheese Press can be easily disassembled with a screwdriver, and is machine washable, leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy your cheese and wine, with company.

The rubber feet are not dishwasher safe. Please remove feet, prior to using dishwasher, or hand-wash with light detergent, only.
