The TSM #12 electric meat grinder features a high-output 500W, (2/3HP) motor with metal gears capable of grinding up to 6 Lbs. of meat per minute. The grinder’s substantially large stainless steel meat hopper, (12 7/8″ x 8 1/2″) will easily accommodate large portions of meat for continuous grinding. An over-sized, easy-grip lock-nut makes for quick changing of the unit’s three-forged stainless steel grinding plates and knife. Unique design features include a quick grinder head cam lock/release mechanism and three modes of operation; reverse, grind, and stuff, (stuff function slows down the motor’s operation, making it easy to control the output of meat into casings). A special meat pusher design allows for the grinding plates, knife, and stuffing tubes to conveniently nest inside for convenient storage. Over-all heavy duty construction, including a durable powder coated die-cast aluminum housing.
