Cancellations - You may cancel any order that is NOT for custom ordered materials PRIOR to the order being shipped. NO cancellations are valid without a cancellation number given to you when you CALL UP to cancel your order. No cancellations will be considered valid without CALLING and getting a cancellation number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN NUMBER PRINTED CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! NOTE: ALL refunds will be LESS shipping charges as UPS will not credit back for these. Returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM DOES NOT PROPERLY CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS, ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER WHEN THE ORDER IS CHARGED. As always no returns are possible on gas masks, filters, protective suits, medical kits and food. These products are released by us under controlled circumstances. If items were to come back to us from an uncontrolled environment, we would not be able to assure the integrity of the product. We will not accept returns on these items, only exchanges. All sales for these items are final. Ordering of these items constitutes acceptance of these terms. All orders will be plus shipping costs. The online shipping calculator DOES NOT accurately figure shipping costs, these will be added to your order. Most items have the shipping costs listed with them. * Consumer Agreement
* All items subject to prior sale. During peak order times (i.e, during an emergency situation) we will be unable to update the website quickly. BEST TO CALL TO ORDER DURING PEAK ORDER TIMES. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs related to shipping there order. Online shipping calculator DOES NOT accurately give shipping costs. * Shipping & Delivery
* Customer pays all shipping charges.  We are more than happy to email you with tracking information for your order, please make sure you include your email address with your order. Most items shipped within 5 business days from the time payment clears. All food is packed fresh and drop shipped from the factory, allow the usual 1-5 weeks for delivery. Online ordering system will not calculate shipping costs, shipping costs will be added to all orders when they are processed . Individual items have shipping costs listed with each item. Shipping will be combined/discounted for multiple items all going to the same address. Feel free to email or call us for a shipping quote. Using a Bogus email address on the order form or having your order shipped to an address other than the registered address for the credit card that pays WILL DELAY SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER. ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCURATELY CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES, you will be billed for the ACTUAL shipping costs. All items have a shipping cost listed in there description.
