To assure thorough extraction of Cinnamon’s aromatic oils & resins, the bark is hand-harvested and carefully shade-dried to preserve optimal aroma & flavor, is promptly shipped directly to our laboratory, and is then thoroughly extracted.

Our Cinnamon is never fumigated or irradiated.
