Wood Betony has a long history of traditional use for supporting the nervous system and gastrointestinal system. We make our Wood Betony extract using the aerial parts of Stachys officinalis plants. Truly a special herb, Wood Betony is actually the oldest planting at the Herb Pharm farm! We first planted Wood Betony in 1995 and moved the plot to its current location in 1998 where this beautiful perennial continues to proliferate to this day.
Shake well before using.
Adults: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day.
Best taken between meals.
